Ebbsfleet United's appeal over Mark Ricketts dismissal against Burton Albion has been successful.
The defender was shown a straight red card for a challenge on Shaun Harrad in Fleet's 3-1 defeat on Saturday.
An FA panel ruled in Ricketts favour and he is now clear to face Eastbourne Borough in the third round of the Setanta Shield tonight (Tuesday).
