THE final drifts of snow in Kent should be washed away by showers expected today and tomorrow.

It will still be fairly cold with temperatures of around 7C on both days with north-westerly winds today and northerly winds tomorrow. It is expected that the rain will disappear by Wednesday which will be slightly warmer again at 9C. Sunny and cloudy spells are expected.
