A MAN is due to appear before a court accused of six counts of rape and three counts of assault, causing actual bodily harm.
David Moore, 24, was charged following the alleged rape of a woman in Rochester on Sunday, October 28.
Moore, unemployed, of London Road, Sittingbourne, was arrested on Tuesday, October 30, and charged with the offences on Thursday. He is due to appear before a court today.
