Staff at The Elms Medical Practice, based in Hoo and Allhallows, have been nominated by Millie Iden, 55, of Jutland Close, Allhallows.
She said: “The practice is the hub of this community and without it the community couldn’t exist, because of the number of elderly and disabled people who live here who cannot travel to hospital. All the staff are excellent.”
