Robbery victim threatened with knife

A 19-year-old man was threatened with a knife and then hit by two men who approached him and asked for money.

The incident occurred in City Way, Rochester, at the junction of New Road, at around 12.15am on Saturday, September 15.

The victim was robbed of a mobile phone, a neck chain and an earring. He went home and an ambulance was called.

He was taken to Gillingham's Medway Maritime Hospital and treatedd for a swelling to his head.
