Gills forward on brink of Scotland move

SCOTTISH Premier League side Inverness are believed to be on the verge of signing Gillingham striker Dean McDonald.

The 21-year-old arrived last summer from Ipswich and went onto score six goals in 29 games, but failed to hold down a regular starting place in Ronnie Jepson's side.

McDonald has a year to run on his current contract but it is unlikely the Gills will be asking much money for the forward.
