Police appeal for witnesses following a road rage incident in Kemsley

A woman driver was left shaken following a road rage incident in Kemsley.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward with any information about the incident which happened in Grovehurst Road at around 6.30pm on Thursday, November 19.

The victim was driving a silver Nissan Micra car when she was followed by a motorcyclist as she drove from Lloyds pharmacy in Iwade south along the main road through the village before turning left on to Grovehurst Road.

As she reached the first roundabout which leads to the A249 the motorcyclist pulled along the nearside of her car and banged on the passenger window and verbally abused the woman.

Police are keen to speak with the driver of a vehicle that waited behind the victim’s Nissan Micra at the roundabout.

Although the victim was shaken by the incident no injury or damage was caused.
