A British pair convicted of having sex on a Dubai beach won't go to jail.

Michelle Palmer from Rutland and Vince Acors from Bromley were on bail ahead of today's appeal against 12-week prison sentences.

A judge in the Emirates decided their jail term should be suspended, but they will be deported.
