Motorist trapped after three-car crash

TWO fire and rescue crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to free a motorist from a car after a serious road accident in Tunbridge Wells today.

Police and the ambulance service were also called to the scene of the three-car collision in St John's Road at about 1.30pm.

It is believed another motorist, a male, suffered whiplash in the accident. Both victims were taken to the Kent and Sussex Hospital.
