Fire crews called to accident on Canterbury Road, Herne

A man had to be cut free from his car after driving into a hedge on Canterbury Road in Herne.

Two fire engines attended after being called to the incident at about 5.15pm on Tuesday.

The roof of the vehicle was removed.

The man was taken to hospital by ambulance with minor facial injuries.

Crews left the scene at about 6.30pm.

Kent Police also attended.
