Fire spreads through derelict outbuilding in Horn Street, Folkestone

A fire which broke out in a derelict outbuilding is believed to have been started deliberately.

Two fire engines were called to Horn Street between Folkestone and Hythe just after 5.20pm last night.

They used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames before leaving shortly after 6pm.

Nobody was injured and crews say they believe the cause was deliberate.
