Arrests after men found injured in garage in Rochester

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing GBH after two men were found injured in a garage in Rochester.

Police were called to Orion Road at 1.30pm Friday where the wounded men were found inside a garage at the back of a property.

One man with bruising to his eye was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital for treatment. He was later released.

A second man who had bruising to his body, did not require hospital treatment.

The area was sealed off at 2.20pm while officers investigated and reopened at 5.40pm.

A 37-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, both from Rochester, who were arrested on suspicion of GBH, remain in police custody.
