An impressionist from Ashford has been kicked off Britain's Got Talent.
Andrew Fleming, from Great Chart, failed to impress judges Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden during his performance last night on ITV's talent show.
His act included impressions of Eastenders' Dot Cotton, entertainer Bruce Forsyth and pop group the Bee Gees.
However, half way through the "dated" performance, the female judges decided they had had enough and pressed their buzzers.
The noise clearly startled Mr Fleming, who stopped for a few seconds before carrying on.
Talking after his act, Miss Dixon told him: "What you're doing is not easy but I wasn't belly laughing and I found your performance a bit dated.
"In your audition when we saw you the first time, it was dated."
Amanda Holden agreed, adding: "I buzzed for the same reasons to be honest, it just feels like it was 10 years ago... I just don't think that you've got it."
However, Simon Cowell slammed their criticism as "harsh", and said he was "gutted" that it didn't go well for him.
He said: "I don't think we as a show did your production any favours tonight. All the dancers and the presentation was wrong.... I don't blame you, I blame us."
Mr Fleming’s first audition, which was shown on the show on Saturday night, went slightly better.
This time his impressions included Cilla Black, Keith Lemon, Meat Loaf and Frank Sinatra.
“You’re kind of refreshingly bitter,” Simon said on the night. “And I liked that. I thought the act was great.”
He also told him he was one of his “favourites” that he had seen.
The winners last night were Welsh choir Cor Glanaethwy and dance group Entity Allstars, who will now perform in the final.
