KM Football Podcast 48 - Dean Frost

Dean Frost is a well-respected football coach who has worked at Ebbsfleet United and Welling United.

But beneath the surface he has lived as a gambling addict for the last 20 years.

This personal and refreshingly honest podcast is his story of how your life can be taken over by the demons of an addiction.

Dean talks about the lows, seeking help and how he's turned his life around.

There's also plenty of football memories as well - including winning the Conference South title with Welling in 2013.

Find out the secrets behind that success, his links to Arsenal's 1989 title-winning squad, and discover which Champions League player was the best Frost had the pleasure of featuring alongside.

There's also the lows of an ill-fated spell as Welling manager - and he gives his forthright views on what went wrong during half a season on the coaching staff at Ebbsfleet under Jamie Day.
