Former Herne Bay and Whitstable footballer Danny Wisker has emerged as one of the favourites to win Big Brother 2015.
The 29-year-old was one of 15 hopefuls who entered the famous house tonight, and the bookies have him as short as 6/1 to leave the winner.
Danny, who comes from Margate, has been nicknamed the Demolition Man because of his work in demolition.
He is best mates with Ricci from Geordie Shore and also claims to have dated a handful of ex-Celebrity Big Brother housemates.
Two years ago he helped fulfil the wish of cancer sufferer Kayleigh Duff from Herne Bay, who was terminally ill with liver cancer, by acting as her groom in a wedding ceremony.
Danny says his greatest achievement was playing in the FA Cup.
Among those who applied and failed to enter the Big Brother house was Canterbury Ghost Tour guide John Hippisley.
Danny joined Simon Gross, 46, also from Kent, who became the first housemate to be evicted - just two hours after entering the house.
Listing his relationship status as single, Simon is a theatre company owner who has been in showbiz for 30 years.
His profile says he "wants to change the world and be the first male Margaret Thatcher".
