A masked giant was among a gang of thugs who swiped an Xbox in a terrifying burglary.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was woken by three people entering his home in Knight Avenue, Canterbury , today at 4am.

He was attacked and the thieves stole multiple items, including Apple AirPods, an iPhone XR, Xbox One S, cash, a silver chain and a bank card.

The three offenders - one of whom was reported to be 6ft 6ins - were all described as white and wore surgical masks, gloves and dark clothing.

No serious injuries were reported by the victim.
