REIGNING Kent Messenger Sunshine Golf champion Gary Tottman has got his 2005 campaign off to a flying start.

The five-handicapper from Canterbury breezed past 13-handicapper Robert Wilson 9&7 at Bearsted Golf Club on Tuesday.

The winner of the 2005 competition will represent the KM in the national final in Portugal in November.
