A burst water main is still flooding a road in Crayford, and may not be fixed until the weekend.
Crayford Road was shut at the junction for the Acorn Industrial Park after water started spraying out at speed across the road yesterday afternoon.
The Met police were called at around 3pm yesterday and closed the road at the junction with Acorn Road.

The west-bound side reopened at about 4am but the road towards Dartford was still shut this morning.
The leak is on a bridge directly above the train line between Dartford and Crayford stations and Network Rail have been contacted for a comment.
Thames Water say they will be working to fix the leak tonight.
A spokesman said: “We have had a team of engineers working through the night to repair this burst but it’s proving to be particularly complicated.
"We hope to finish the job as soon as possible but to ensure everyone’s safety there are temporary traffic lights in operation.”
"We’re closing the road again tonight as we need to dig a section by the roundabout.
"We expect the road will reopen overnight and our repair work to be completely finished by the weekend.
"The road will be closed from the entrance to the Acorn Industrial Estate down to Station Road."
