A woman is in a specialist London hospital after falling from a building.
She was on a six-foot high ladder at Central Road on the Temple Hill industrial estate in Dartford.
When she fell yesterday the unnamed woman injured her back and head.
Paramedics at the scene called for the Kent air ambulance.
The on-board doctor helped to immobilise the woman, and she was then taken by road to Kings College Hospital, London.
