Charlton's poor run of form continued as they suffered a heavy 5-0 defeat against Watford at Vicarage Road.
With new manager Guy Luzon unable to take charge due to work permit issues it was left to first team coach Damian Matthew and goalkeeping coach Ben Roberts to head-up the operations.
It turned out to be day to forget for everyone involved at the club as Watford raced into a 3-0 lead before the break.
Craig Cathcart fired the Hornets in front after on 15 minutes and their lead was doubled 10 minutes later when Troy Deeney collected Gabriele Angella's through ball to score, with Odion Ighalo adding the third just before the break.
Thirteen minutes after the restart Ighalo made it four and the home side rounded off their victory in the final minute through Daniel Tozser.
Andre Bikey had Charlton's best chance, but he headed wide on a day when the away side managed just one shot on target during the 90 minutes.
The result sees the Addicks slip to 16th place in the Championship and still searching for a first win since November 8.
