Dartford boss Tony Burman says his side will be underdogs for the Kent derby against Tonbridge Angels on Saturday.

The Darts suffered a 4-1 defeat the last time the sides met in the Ryman League Premier Division in November.

Burman said: “It’s a big game and we were turned over by a large score the last time we played them.

“We’ll be the underdogs which sometimes suits us.”

Ryan Hayes (hamstring) has started light training while Danny Dafter (ankle) returned to the squad.

“We’ve missed those two players immensely, probably more than Cody McDonald, and their injuries happened at the wrong time,” Burman added.

Midfielder Jamie Day starts a two-game ban on April 4 after his red card at Hornchurch.
