A WIFE is appealing for her husband to contact her after being missing for three weeks.

Graham Ettling, 40 and from Dover, was last seen outside Dover Town Hall at around 1pm on Monday, July 12.

Police describe him as 5ft 6ins tall, with short, curly, brushed-back hair. When he was last seen he was wearing blue jeans, brown boots and a short-sleeved rugby shirt with England on the front and an outline of a lion on the back.

His wife, Amanda, appealed for him to make contact by a phone call, or letter to her or police, just so she knows he is okay.

She said: “It has been a living nightmare, thinking that every single day for three weeks has gone by without any sort of contact.”

Mrs Ettling said her husband, who worked as a plasterer and a plumber, had felt quite agitated and unsettled before he went missing.

“He could be quite down in the dumps, but was learning to cope. He had had a falling out with his family, and he didn’t come from this area, so I think he felt quite away from everybody. He was a very private person, and could be a bit of a loner.

“I had no idea he was going to go, as I saw him at lunchtime wandering around the town, and I believe he disappeared around 7pm. He has no money, cards or any ID, he has left literally everything here.”

Mr Ettling has family in the Dartford area but Mrs Ettling said they had not seen him for around two years.
