Dover will be in the draw for the FA Cup First Round on Monday night after they drew 0-0 at Eastbourne Borough on Saturday.
The two sides will try again on Tuesday night when the replay will take place at Crabble.
Christian Nanetti went closest for Dover in a disappointing first half, which the home side, one division lower than The Whites in Vanarama Conference South, had the better of the play.
And it was the home side that should have taken the lead through Gavin McCallum, but he fluffed his lines, slipping over when one-on-one with Dover keeper Andrew Rafferty.
Neither side created any real chances in the second half, although McCallum should have done better in injury-time and Dover's Tom Bonner fired over from a Connor Essam free-kick even later in the game.
