The Kent Messenger Group has always taken great pride in the accuracy and fairness of its reporting. As a trusted local media group, we take all complaints and observations about our reporting extremely seriously. We are now going to try even harder to get it right.

The mistake could be a factual one, perhaps we have misspelled your name or the name of a member of your family or your organisation, we might have put in the wrong address or published the wrong amount raised at a charity event. Maybe we have misunderstood why or how something has happened. I would rather you tell me and we put it right than you tell all your friends that we can't be trusted. My aim is 100 per cent accuracy but I will not be able to achieve this without you.
