Suspected dealers to appear in court charged with drug offences in Gravesend

Two men have will appear in court having been charged with drug offences.

It comes after officers stopped a vehicle in Shrubbery Road, Gravesend, on the evening of Tuesday April 16.

Police on patrols stopped the vehicle as they believed it was being used to supply drugs.

Cecil Mufarinya, 26, of Kingsman Street Woolwich and Salah Ibrahim, 18, of Gouge Avenue, Northfleet, were charged with conspiring to supply heroin and crack cocaine in Gravesend.

Mufarinya was arrested on the day and a quantity of suspected class A drugs were later seized.

The following day Ibrahim was arrested in Milton Road, Gravesend, in connection with the vehicle stop.

Both have been charged with conspiring the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.

They were remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court today.
