Police are investigating after a truck hit a man in Manor Way, Swanscombe and drove off without stopping.
The victim, a 30 year old man from Essex, was airlifted to hospital with suspected pelvic injuries.
It happened at about 8.30am on March 30.
A 22 year old man from the Sevenoaks area has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and bailed pending further investigation until May 1.
