Ebbsfleet United have completed the signing of midfielder Jamie Hand on a non-contract basis.

The former England under-19 international started his career with Watford and had loan spells with Oxford United, Livingston, Peterborough United, Huddersfield and Northampton before joining Chester in 2006.

Manager Liam Daish said: "Jamie spent some time with us in pre-season. He has played almost 150 league games and is still only 24. His experience is a welcome addition to our squad."
