ERIBENNE: "It's just another niggle"

EBBSFLEET striker Chukki Eribenne believes the hamstring injury which forced his premature withdrawal from Saturday's 2-0 victory over Droylsden is not too serious.

Eribenne, 26, had netted his side's decisive second minutes after coming off the bench in his first appearance since the end of September.

But just before the end the striker felt another twinge in the problem hamstring which had kept him out for three weeks, and gingerly limped out of Stonebridge Road.

Eribenne said: "It’s just another niggle, which is unlucky, because the rehab has gone really well. Hopefully it’s not as bad as last time.

"Hopefully I’ll be fit for Altrincham on Saturday."
