CHARLIE MACDONALD'S 13th goal of the season earned Gravesend a 1-0 win over Woking at Stonebridge Road on Saturday.

Fleet's top scorer headed home the winner with 15 minutes to play after a neat move involving, Danny Slatter, Jon Keeling and Luke Moore.

Earlier, Sasha Opinel went close with a 25-yard volley that flew over the bar and Liam Coleman also saw an effort go over via a deflection off a Woking defender.

Gravesend have climbed to fourth in the Nationwide Conference.
