Any comments? city asks

COMPANIES are being invited to give Canterbury their views on what they think about the district as a place to do business.

The city council has sent over 3,500 questionnaires to businesses in the area, asking what they think about council services in the district.

Councillors hope an economic strategy can be developed to attract new businesses to the area and help existing firms communicate more effectively.

Businesses are being encouraged to complete the survey online at a new website, www.business.canterbury.gov.uk

The site includes information on commercial properties, development sites and latest business news. For more details contact Cllr Wes McLachan on 01227 261501 or Cllr Peter Wales at 01227 463328.
