Ballast signs for 10 years

ONLY 7,500 sq ft remains at Riverbridge House Admirals Park on the Crossways Business Park in Dartford.

This follows the letting of the 9,500 sq ft second floor wing to construction company Ballast plc.

Ballast has taken a 10-year lease, relocating staff from its Canterbury regional office, which will be closing.

The construction firm joins existing tenants Mazda, Vizard Wyeth and Global Home Loans in the high specification building, which was completed in November 2000.

David Dye, land securities development director for Crossways, said: "Crossways continues to attract a lot of interest from businesses keen to benefit from its strategic location, skilled workforce and exceptional range of amenities."

Riverbridge House offers four floors of flexible accommodation at considerably lower rents than many comparable office locations to the east of London.

Crossways is the largest mixed-use business park on the M25. Further information is available at the Land Securities website at www.landsecurities.com and the Crossways website at www.crosswayskent.co.uk
