ROCHESTER factory, REMPLOY, has given staff a day off to attend a series of learning workshops with tuition by Medway Adult and Community Learning Service.
Almost a 100 workers will be finding out about learning opportunities available to them and speaking to subject specialists.
Each employee is given the chance to attend three learning workshops chosen from 18 subjects, including French and managing stress.
The purpose of the day is to help develop a culture of learning within the company and to encourage workers to reach to their full potential.
