FUSION, a Herne Bay hair and beauty salon, has signed up to open at the £100million Westwood Cross retail centre in Thanet this summer.

The salon will offer hairdressing for men and women, beauty therapy, tanning and a 'spa experience'.

Owners Rebecca and Emma Place and their team of stylists/therapists are working hard to create their dream salon, which will be located in between Topshop and Carphone Warehouse.

Emma said: "Our new salon promises to be an oasis of calm in Thanet, providing a lunch-break refuge for tired workers and a variety of luxury pampering treatments."

Rebecca who was an ID artist for L’Oreal has had huge support from the leading hair company.

She said: "L’Oreal have made Fusion Hair and Beauty one of their Image Salons, with only 12 in the UK and the nearest one located in London, this is a very exciting opportunity for us and Westwood Cross."
