Training starts with a pARTy

KENT-based firms are going arty to boost their bottom line.

FDS Field Marketing, Executive Support Group and New Appointments Group being given free tailored arts based training through the Creativity in Management (CIM) project organized by Arts & Business.

More than 60 companies applied to participate in the project based in Thames Gateway/Medway, Brighton and Hove and Crawley. Roy Leighton of the BBC2 series Confidence Lab helped launch CIM workshops, a project backed by the SEEDA Fund for Learning and Skills.

It covers communication, specialist training and professional development for individual managers.
