THREE men, two of them from Kent, are due to appear in court today accused of planning to supply more than £600,000 worth of drugs including heroin, cocaine and ecstacy.
Stephen William Howard, 50, from Gravesend, and Anthony John Smith, 59, of no fixed home, were arrested in a seizure of drugs and £100,000 in cash, in Wrotham, by Avon and Somerset Police, on Sunday.
They are due to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs. A third man who was also arrested in Wrotham, Rod Budding, 39, from Frenchay, near Bristol, has been charged with the same offence.
The arrests followed a long-term operation by Avon and Somerset Constabulary together with other agencies, including Kent Police.
