Bromley: Man accused of holding 3 people against their will

A MAN is due in court today accused of holding three people against their will at Bromley Civic Centre.

Steven Skinner, 36, of no fixed address, has been charged with false imprisonment, possessing an offensive weapon and causing criminal damage.

He appears before Bromley magistrates following an incident at the civic centre yesterday afternoon when three members of staff were locked in a porter’s hut for more than 20 minutes.

About eight police officers attended the scene after receiving a call at 1.22pm.
