DETECTIVES have issued an image of a man they are keen to speak to in relation to a suspected attempted fraud.

The incident is reported to have occurred in a bank in High Street, Rochester, between 11.50am and midday on Friday, April 20.

It is alleged that a man entered the bank and attempted to withdraw £5,000 from an account. He was asked to wait while security checks were conducted.

He is then said to have left the bank and not returned. He did not obtain any money from the bank.

The man is described as being white with shoulder-length grey hair. He was wearing a scruffy black suit with a grey cardigan.
