Explosions: rail stations start to reopen

TRAIN stations in central London have begun to reopen following the bomb blasts in the capital.

Charing Cross station is now open and Victoria was due to reopen at 2pm. Cannon Street remains closed at this time.

A spokesman for South Eastern Trains said the company is hoping to run a normal timetable from London in order to help people to get away from the capital.
