A man faces a lengthy jail sentence after pleading guilty to rape and two attempted murders.

Hayden Prager, of South View Road, High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells, entered the pleas when he appeared at Maidstone Crown Court today.

The 22-year-old pleaded guilty to the rape and attempted murder of a woman and the attempted murder of a teenager at a house in Tunbridge Wells on February 18, 2011.

His not guilty plea to a charge of aggravated burglary at the same address while carrying a knife was accepted by the prosecution.

Prager was remanded in custody until sentencing on Friday, August 3.

Judge Philip Statman has ordered psychiatric and pre-sentence reports to consider the issue of dangerousness.
