MO MOWLAM: still critital but stable

THE seriously ill former Government Minister Mo Mowlam, who lives in Kent, has been moved from hospital to a hospice to be closer to members of her family.

Ms Mowlam was admitted to hospital in London two weeks ago. Hospital officials say her condition is still "critical but stable".

She has now been transferred from King's College Hospital in London to the Pilgrim Hospice in Canterbury.

She lives at Little Murston Farm, Conyer, near Sittingbourne. No details of her illness have been given by doctors.
