A motorcyclist who died at Sheldwich on the A251 has been named as 23-year-old Darren Clark.

Police spokesman Helen Bell passed on a message from the family: “We would like to thank everyone who knew Darren for your messages and support at this very hard time.

“Please can we only have family flowers and tributes on Thursday, as we would like you all to donate any monies raised to two charities, Demelza Hospice Care for Children and Kent Air Ambulance.”
