Police are calling for information after a black Mercedes Benz saloon was vandalised causing over £1,000 damage.

The E class Merc was parked in Capell Close, in Coxheath near Maidstone.

A sharp implement was used to scratch offensive language into the bonnet paintwork.

The Mercedes Benz badge was also prised off and left on the bonnet of the car.
