Safety Net Kent League reveal opening day games

The Safety Net Kent League have released their opening day fixtures.

With the Ryman League stll to publish their Division 1 fixtures, the league are unable to complete a full schedule due to groundshare schedules.

The opening day sees last season's runners-up Herne Bay host Erith & Belvedere, who are under the new management of former Dartford striker Micky Collins.

Demoted VCD entertain big-spending Hythe while another of the summer's big movers in the transfer market, Erith Town, are away to Holmesdale.

The games are to be played on Saturday, August 7.

Opening day fixtures: Corinthian v Sporting Bengal, Deal v Lordswood, Fisher v Greenwich, Herne Bay v Erith & Belvedere, Holmesdale v Erith Town, Sevenoaks v Norton Sports, Tunbridge Wells v Beckenham, VCD v Hythe.
