Two men hunted after woman seriously hurt in Tunbridge Wells alleyway robbery

These two men are being hunted after a woman was seriously injured in violent alleyway robbery.

The victim, in her 60s, had her handbag stolen in Cumberland Walk, Tunbridge Wells, on her way home on Monday night.

In the struggle, she fell to the ground - fracturing her skull and tearing a ligament in her arm.

Police have now released on image of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the robbery, at about 10.50pm.

DS Karen Festing, from Kent Police, said: "The victim is recovering in hospital, but has been left very shaken, as well as seriously injured in this incident.

"We are now trying to identify the two men pictured as we believe they might be able to provide important information in relation to the case."
