A CAR and a van overturned in two road accidents in the county over the weekend.

Police were called to Four Elms Road at Edenbridge just after 8.20pm on Sunday after a red Ford Escort turned over.

Officers were also dispatched to the scene of another overturned vehicle, a red Mitsubishi van, in New Barn Road, Swanley, at around 1.35am on Saturday.

Both crashes involved only one vehicle and fortunately nobody was hurt.

The roads were closed while the vehicles were recovered.
