MANAGERLESS Charlton have released Shaun Bartlett, Francis Jeffers and Jonatan Johansson.

All three strikers are out of contract at The Valley and the club have decided against offering them new deals.

Finland international Johansson and South African Bartlett have been at Charlton since 2000 and 2001 respectively, but found their opportunites more limited since the arrival of Darren Bent and Jay Bothroyd.

Jeffers, the 25-year-old one-time England international, has struggled since his transfer from Arsenal in the summer of 2004.

He and Johansson spent time away from The Valley on loan last season.
