Crystal Palace v Charlton

CHARLTON visit Crystal Palace on Sunday for the first of four Premiership games from which manager Alan Curbishley is demanding a healthy return of points.

After Palace, the Addicks face West Bromwich Albion, Fulham and Southampton and Curbishley acknowledges the club need a return to winning ways after successive defeats against Manchester United and Chelsea.

He said: "We took a thumping against Chelsea but now we’re entering a run of games where we’ve got to get points.”

Charlton will be without centre-back Chris Perry, who was missed against Chelsea. Curbishley added: "Chris must rest for two to three weeks. It’s not a hernia but something similar."
