Bromley v Eastbourne Borough

BROMLEY face a potential injury crisis ahead of Saturday's crunch fixture against high-flying Eastbourne Borough.

Danny Hockton (hamstring) and full back Steve Clark, who required four stitches after being elbowed in the face, departed during the first half of the FA Cup tie at Aylesbury.

They join an injury list which includes Nic McDonnell (groin), Danny Hockton (groin), Tutu Henriques (groin), Mark Corneille (hamstring) and Simon Osborn (ankle and knee).

Eastbourne visit Hayes Lane on the back of seven wins and three draws, and are second in Blue Square South.

Boss Mark Goldberg said: "We are struggling with injuries at the moment, but we’ve got to pick ourselves up and patch them up.

"But there is no point in moaning about it. Excuses do not win you games or get you into the next round.

"We recognise that it’s going to be our biggest test of the season, but we are going into the game in a run of confidence."
