A man was cut free from his car and taken to hospital with head injuries this morning following a town centre pile up.
Emergency services raced to the scene of the three-car smash in Mill Street at 3am, with one ambulance arriving within a minute of the report.
The roof was cut off a people carrier by firefighters with a man in his 30s taken to Tunbridge Wells hospital at Pembury with non-life threatening head and spinal injuries.
The road was closed until about 5.30am.
