A road was partially blocked after a car flipped on its side.

The vehicle came off its wheels in Sundridge Hill, Cuxton, near Bush Road after a collision with another car. Fire crews were called at around 6.09pm.

A liquid spilled across the carriageway but it turned out to be screen wash.

No one was trapped and no injuries were reported. Fire crews stood down at 6.34pm and handed duty of care to police, who have been asked to comment.

Though part of the road was blocked traffic was coping well and businesses around Bush Road said they were unaffected.
